Maharao Madho Singh Museum

Maharao Madho Singh Museum is located in the Kota’s old palace and is named after the son of the first ruler of Kota state under Mughal emperor Jehangir. It encloses exquisite collections of mellow mural paintings, attractive sculptures dating back to many centuries, royal armory, frescos and miniature paintings of Rajput traditions. Many royal artifacts used by the Kota rulers are displayed in this museum attracting many historians and art lovers.

The museum has the privilege of being the best museum in Rajasthan state। The rich collections in the museum bring back the memory of the golden Rajput days in Kota. The visitor can feel the astonishing sight of the glory and history of brilliant period in this museum.
